Lotten grew up in Fränsta,Sweden and joined the Alpine training group at Getberget when she was three years old.
At the age of 16 she followed her older sister to Funäsdalen and took her first part-time job as a ski instructor.

Helping the "Same people" (Swedish natives up North) with the reindeer, create music, trail running, dancing, politics, sew scarves, hunting and singing are some of her many hobbies.
